Final digital designs created to establish form, proportion, and visual style.

Christmas Display Character Models

Project Overview

This project involved designing a set of character and prop models for a large-scale outdoor holiday display at a commercial venue in California. The models were created for public installation and required consistent visual style, durability considerations, and clear readability at scale.

The overall display was a collaborative effort. I was responsible for the design and modeling of the character figures.

Process & Development

Each character and prop was modeled to function as part of a cohesive visual set, with attention to proportion, surface detail, and silhouette clarity when viewed from a distance. The designs were developed digitally and prepared for physical production, ensuring the geometry could translate cleanly into fabricated display pieces.

Consistency across the set was a key focus, allowing multiple elements to read as part of a unified installation while still maintaining individual character identity.
